About

An Experienced Analyst Behind Every Engagement

You work directly with the person doing the analysis — not a handoff chain and not an anonymous vendor.

Professional background

I have spent my career working with business data inside operating companies rather than from the outside. That has meant sitting with finance teams during close, untangling reports that did not agree, and answering the questions leadership actually asks in the room.

Experience with business data

Most of the work involves data that is imperfect and spread across systems — accounting platforms, CRMs, operational tools, and spreadsheets. Making sense of it takes patience, a clear understanding of how the business runs, and a willingness to validate findings before presenting them.

Supporting Finance, Operations, and leadership

I have supported finance teams on performance and margin questions, operations teams on throughput and cost questions, and leadership teams that needed one consistent view of the business to make a decision. Each audience needs the same analysis explained differently, and that translation is part of the job.

Approach to solving business problems

Start with the question. Understand how the business actually operates. Look at what the data can and cannot support. Validate before concluding. Then explain the finding plainly, including what remains uncertain.

Why Hucks Analytics exists

Smaller businesses rarely have a dedicated analyst, and larger consulting firms are often built around long engagements and layered teams. This practice was created to give small and mid-sized businesses direct access to experienced analysis, focused on one question at a time.
